Many ways to customize
We are an in-house decorator. That means we do everything ourselves, with no middle man, so you get great pricing. We stitch every patch onto your garment, unlike some other guys who only glue theirs on. It’s the details that matter.
Leather patches, embroidery and more for hats & apparel
Every patch is sewn down, and all embroidery runs on our Barudan machines in our New Berlin, Wisconsin shop. Not sure which fits your logo? Tell us about your design and we’ll recommend the best option.

Direct Embroidery
Our most popular style. Your logo is stitched straight into the hat or garment on our Barudan embroidery machines. It’s cost-efficient with the quickest turnaround, and it works on hats, beanies, polos, flannels and workwear.

Embroidered Patch
An embroidered patch gives your logo more dimension than flat embroidery. We sew it down on trucker hats, dad hats, beanies, sweatshirts or flannels, so it stays put. It’s a great way to give a trucker hat or beanie a true retail look.

Woven Patch
Woven patches are great for capturing detail, like small lettering and fine lines. We sew them down on hats and knit beanies for a clean, retail look, and they work on sweatshirts and flannels too.

Leather Patch
Laser-etched genuine or faux leather for a classic look on trucker, rope and dad hats and beanie cuffs. Like every patch we make, it’s sewn down, not just glued on.

PVC Tech Patch
A bold, very modern tech look. PVC tech patches have a raised, dimensional finish, and we sew them down on your hats like all of our patches. Choose it when you want your logo to stand out on a trucker, flat brim or performance hat.

Silicone Transfer
A high-end look that adds dimension. The raised silicone logo is heat-applied, which makes it great on technical and performance caps. Ask us about it when you want a clean, modern logo on a hat.

Screen Print
Apparel only: tees, sweatshirts and more. Screen printing is a classic for taproom merch tees, staff shirts and event shirts. For hats, choose embroidery or a patch.

Direct to Film (DTF)
Full-color prints with fine detail and gradients, pressed onto apparel. DTF is the pick when your artwork has many colors or fades, on tees, sweatshirts and more.

Clip Label
A great finishing decoration technique. A small label sewn into the seam of a beanie or hat adds a retail touch next to your main logo.
Send us your logo files (EPS, JPEG, PDF, AI or other) and we’ll pick a few styles and decoration options that fit your brand. You choose and approve the setup, and we decorate it in-house with no middle man. See the hats and apparel we decorate →
